Alliance to End Plastic Waste launches explanatory video on HolyGrail 2.0

The potential of the digital watermarks technology for intelligent sorting of packaging waste helping industry and consumers to achieve a Circular Economy is huge. Indeed, today only 10% of plastic is being recycled: This gap in recycling could be bridged thanks to digital watermarks, which carry information about the packaging on which they are applied, allowing for more accurate sorting processes and consequently obtaining more and higher-quality recyclates.

Thanks to digital watermarks, which include information about the packaging on which they are affixed, this disparity in phrazle recycling may be closed and more precise sorting procedures would follow, therefore producing more and better recyclates.
